Intensive maintanence imes-icore milling machines. This Technical Machine Expert Training is exclusiv for dealers and imes-icore service points. Prerequisites are the CORiTEC Machine User Training, the CORiTEC Technical Machine Basic Training, the CORiTEC Technical Advanced Training and technical know-how.

Target:
Goal of this training is an independent implementation of an intensiv maintenance of imes-icore systems, also the repair and replacement from defective parts. Here the trainees will exchange complicated parts in the machine.

Focal points:
Hands on for maintenance checklist: Check safety devices, function of operating elements, drivers if required update, tension-compression tests, backlash, timing belt, index clearances, and cleaning Lubrication, working pressures according to requirements, spindle, collet, concentricity, length measuring buttons, zero points, calibration bodies, loader positions, special positions, tool positions, Coolant circuit, visual inspection, replacement of wearing partsand more...
