CORiTEC Technical Machine Basic Training

Description: 
Setting up, calibrating, commissioning and training the imes-icore milling machines. This basic technical training is aimed exclusively at dealers and imes-icore service points.Prerequisite is the machine user training, as well as the CORiTEC V5 smart basic training.

Target:
Goal of this training is an self-installation and commissioning of the imes-icore milling machine systems, as well as the instruction of the user using the machine-side operator software and, if necessary, the acquired imes-icore CAM software.

Focal points:
Check the environment and installation conditions, connect the machine to power, air, suction and network, turn on the Remote / CNC Manager systems, explain machine and loader, reference drive, check and adjust axes and concentricity, check / teaser tool positions, check / teaser workpiece positions, milling calibration body and entering values in the TK-Zero Point, creating network settings and establishing connections, training with thee user, explaining handling V5 smart.
