CORiTEC Technical Machine Basic Training

Description:  
Setting up, calibrating, commissioning and training the imes-icore milling machines.
This basic technical training is aimed exclusively at dealers and imes-icore service points.
Prerequisite is the machine user training, as well as the CORiTEC V5 smart basic training.

Target:
Goal of this training is an self-installation and commissioning of the imes-icore milling machine systems, as well as the instruction of the user using the machine-side operator software and, if necessary, the acquired imes-icore CAM software.

Focal points:
Maintenance according to maintenance checklist: Check safety devices, function of operating elements, drivers if required update, tension-compression tests, backlash, timing belt, index clearances, cleaning and lubrication, working pressures according to requirements, spindle, collet, concentricity, linear probe, zero points, calibration bodies, loader positions, special positions, tool positions, coolant circuit, visual inspection, replacement and replacement of wear parts
